Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product was used, physically damaged after delivery, or altered

  • The return request is made after 7 days

  • The issue is based on personal preference (e.g. “I changed my mind”)


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at  with:

    • Order ID

    • Product images

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review the request

  3. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund


Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 business days after product inspection

  • In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be sent via bank transfer or UPI


Replacement Policy

If the product is in stock, we will send a free replacement instead of a refund.
